The Department of Energy (DOE), EM Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC) invites all interested responsible parties to submit a proposal for the EMCBC Internet Service Requirement. This project is for the purposes of seeking an Internet Service Provider (ISP) for the following services: Dedicated Internet Service Connection at the EMCBC Data Center and one Point to Point Data Service Connection, for the main and satellite office. The solicitation, 89303319QEM000003, is attached to this synopsis and is issued as a full and open competition. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the firm that presents the best value to the Department. It is the intent of the Department to award this contract without seeking additional information or clarification from Offerors. The NAICS Code is 517311 with an associated size standard of 1,500 employees.
