Opportunity: SC Logic, SCL Intra Tracking System Software License and Hardware Maintenance R

This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source contract. The Department of Energy's (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Service, on behalf of the Office of Management, intends to issue a sole source, fixed price award to SC Logic, LLC., 275 West St Ste 400, Annapolis, MD, 21401-3466 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) for SC Logic Intra Software License and Hardware Maintenance. SC Logic LLC is the only company authorized to provide software updates and perform maintenance services on the existing SC Logic Intra Tracking System. The SC Logic Intra Tracking System is an integral part of DOE’s Courier Packaging Transportation System (CPTS) and allows system users to utilize barcode tracking for any packages or supplies and monitors distribution throughout the Forrestal and Germantown Headquarters buildings, located in Washington, D.C. This notice does not constitute a request for competitive quotations; however, if an interested party believes they can meet the requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. Interested parties must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government to garner further consideration by the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
