Description 

The Purpose of this Amendment is to answer and clarify questions that have been received by the Contracting Officer. This proposed acquisition is to perform Subject Matter Expertise for Economic Factors and Post-Award Operations Plans by the Financial Services Contractor (Contractor) to assist the Department of Energy with evaluating Certification Applications to the Civil Nuclear Credit (CNC) Program to become a Certified Nuclear Reactor as described within the Section 40323 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and Civil Nuclear Credit Program Guidance published on April 19, 2022 (CNC April 2022 Guidance). The Contractor will also support evaluation of bids from Certified Nuclear Reactors to make recommendations for the conditional allocation of Credits.
