The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Groundwater Characterization and Remediation Division located in Ada, Oklahoma intends to a award a firm fixed price award to the successful contractor to synthesize and modify biochar and to conduct experiments using the biochar to remove per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from groundwater in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
