Description 

The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to issue, on behalf of the DOE Grid Deployment Office (GDO), Amendment 000008 to DE-FOA-0002736 (BIL – PREVENTING OUTAGES AND ENHANCING THE RESILIENCE OF THE ELECTRIC GRID FORMULA GRANTS TO STATES AND INDIAN TRIBES) in January 2024. This grant program is authorized under Section 40101(d) of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). Amendment 000008 to DE-FOA-0002736 will provide access to Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 formula grant allocations.
