A preproposal conference will be held as indicated below: TIME: 10:00 AM EST DATE: December 6th, 2023 PLACE: Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), 1201 F. St., NW, Suite 1100, Washington D.C. Virtual Attendance will be supported. The link to attend virtually must be requested via e-mail to Seth Fryar at fryards@id.doe.gov no later than December 4th, 2023 by 12:00 PM EST. During this conference, the Government will review the contract requirements, the bid/preproposal submission requirements, and the evaluation process. Any questions to be answered during the conference must be submitted via email to: Seth Fryar at fryards@id.doe.gov no later than December 4th, 2023 at 12:00 PM EST. Written questions will also be taken at the conference but answers may not be provided at that time. All questions and answers, including those not answered at the conference, will be provided via FedConnect. Attendance at the conference is not mandatory. The Government will not reimburse any offeror for expenses related to attendance of this conference. To facilitate the Government's planning, in-person attendance requires registrations. Potential offerors planning to attend in-person are to provide the name, organizational affiliation, phone number, e-mail address and citizenship of each proposed attendee via email to Seth Fryar at fryards@id.doe.gov no later than December 4th, 2023 by 12:00 PM EST. Instructions will be provided prior to the conference for any additional information that will be required for access to the conference and for non-US citizen attendees. Any questions
