Opportunity: Utility Management Support Services

Description 

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), is issuing competitive solicitation, DE-SOL-0010954, as a 100% total small business set-aside for Utility Management Support Services for the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP). The selected Contractor will be required to provide analysis support to assist with DOE's participation in nationwide utility regulatory proceedings through on-going regulatory monitoring, preliminary review and analysis of regulatory filings, and detailed review and analysis to include accounting, economic, financial, engineering, regulatory and expert testimony. The contractor will also be required to provide utility studies and reports that involve planning, engineering and economic analysis that cover all facets of physical utility plant and acquiring utility services. Amendment 000001 is being issued to 1) clarify exhibit numbers and 2) provide fillable version of the past performance exhibits. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
