Description 

The Contractor shall provide professional management and analytical support for LPO in the planning, administration, management, and operation of the DOE’s loan programs. Support is required throughout the life-cycle of a loan guarantee, beginning with the solicitation of proposals, evaluation and analysis of submissions, due diligence and other loan origination activities, the award of conditional commitments, the issuance of loan guarantees, post award project monitoring, as well as portfolio management and reporting. The purpose of the acquisition is to hire a contractor capable of providing professional management and analytical support services in the following areas: Financial, Budgetary, Engineering/Technical, Market Analysis, Risk, Credit and Economic Analysis, Program Management Support, Outreach services. Financial Training services, and Information Technology application support.
