Description 

The overall objective of the FOA is to support the design, research and development, and validation of a prototype carbon based building. A prototype building that meets the projects objectives will have component building materials that must be at least 70 percent carbon by weight, and at least 51 percent of the carbon by weight must be coal derived. The prototype building will demonstrate the technical and economic viability of carbon based building materials.
