The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Nuclear Energy, through this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), to support education and training for future nuclear scientists, engineers and policy-makers who are attending U.S. universities and colleges in nuclear-related graduate, undergraduate and two-year study programs. These are zero-dollar awards that will be funded as students apply through the Department of Energy, Office of Nuclear Energy. This FOA is available at Fedconnect www.fedconnect.net under reference number DE-FOA-0000807. Universities will be allocated the money for specific students selected by a separate DOE-NE program The DOE will issue a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document on this web site location addressing questions regarding this FOA.
