RFQ NO. 140P8419Q0128 NATIONAL PARK SERVICE LASSEN VOLCANIC NATIONAL PARK DIESEL FUEL The National Park Service, Lassen Volcanic National Park, has a requirement for the delivery of 4,000 gallons of Diesel Fuel. This work includes multiple deliveries of clear diesel fuel to above ground storage tanks and fuel tanker truck located at the Mineral Headquarters, Southwest Entrance, and Manzanita Lake fueling sites. Delivery shall be on an as-call basis with a required response time of 72 hours or less. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 324199, with a corresponding size standard of 500 employees annually for the past three years. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall not be considered. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price contract. Award selection will be made on a Best Value determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price.
