Using the Attachments Page (for Auctions)

Use the Attachments page to add, delete, and view files associated with a reverse auction bid.

You (the person from the vendor/company) can add attachments only when an auction is live. However, the system sends attachments only after an auction is closed or canceled. The buyer (the person from the agency) cannot view the attachments while the auction is live.
