Searching an Award's Audit Log

You have the ability to view an audit log of every action taken in FedConnect® for an award accessed by your company's users, and to search through this list for specific actions. The Award [Audit] page enables you to do so.

Sign in to FedConnect® | Awards | click Audit in the [Audit] column

Award Audit Log Search Fields and Descriptions
Field Description

Description

In the Description field, type a description of the audit information for which you want to search.

User Name

In the User Name field, type the name of the user who performed the action for which you want to search.

Page Name

In the Page Name field, type the name of the FedConnect® page on which the action you want to search for was performed.

Audit Date

In the Audit date field, in the Start date and End date fields, type or select the earliest and latest dates, respectively, on which the action you want to search for was performed.

 

Award Audit Log Columns and Descriptions
Column Description

Date

The Date column displays the date on which each action in the list occurred.

Audit Type

The Audit Type column displays the type of action that occurred for each action in the list.

  • Page Visit indicates that the user whose name displays in the User Name column accessed the page that displays in the Page Name column.
  • User Action indicates that the user whose name displays in the User Name column completed the action that displays in the Description column.

Description

The Description column displays a description each action in the list.

User Name

The User Name column displays the name of the user who performed each action in the list.
Page Name The Page Name column displays the page on which the action described in the Description column took place, for each action in the list.
