Opportunity: Cove Mesa V Main Access Road Phase I

Description 

The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the specifications and drawings included in Attachment J-1 and J-2. Work will be ordered against the subject specifications and drawings through Contracting Officer issuance of the notice to proceed. The upgrades will improve the access and safety conditions of the MESA V road to the minimum standards for a durable and safe low-volume, low-weight roadway to the rest of the existing access roads. The road is classified as limited/restricted use access road on mountainous terrain.
