THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7, Acquisition Management Branch (AMBR) is seeking information from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this sources sought, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. This sources sought notice is restricted to Small Business firms, and is a market research tool used for planning purposes only to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities and qualifications of Small Businesses. Anticipated contracts resulting from this sources sought notification may be awarded as Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity or Indefinite Delivery ¿ Requirements type contract(s) for a one-year base and may include multiple one-year option periods. Projects selected will fall under the NAICS Code 562910 Remediation Services, with a small business size standard of 750 employees*. [* Size standard applies for Government procurements of Environmental Remediation Service] Values of potential procurements are estimated $5 million per year. Typical work will be for Remedial Action (RA) services for either residential site cleanup or site repository activates. Location of work is to be within the Kansas and Missouri areas. The following information is requested from this Sources Sought Notification: 1. Firm's name, addresses, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. 2. Firm's DUNS number 3. Firm's interest in providing a proposal on a pending solicitation, once issued. 4. Firm's capability to perform a contract of potentially $5,000,000.00 per year. 5. List the competitive advantages that your firm can offer in terms of cost. 6. Does your company have previous work experience working in the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency? If so which Region? 7. Evidence of successful experience on Remedial Action projects of up to $20 million in size. Include contract numbers, project titles, total project dollar values and points of contact with current contact information to include telephone and e-mail addresses. Include the project name and description of the key features of the project, completion date, total contract value and your company's level of involvement in the project. Please provide at least one point of contact (with email address and phone number) for project validation. 8. Please confirm what your firm's small business socio-economic category is (i.e. Woman Owned, SDVOSB, HubZone, etc.) and state its business size as related to NAICS code 562910. 9. Firm's Joint Venture information, if applicable. Please send your responses no later than 10:00 a.m. CST February 4, 2017 via email to dandy.scott@epa.gov.
