The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to: 1.) Remove clause H.21 entitled, "SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS TARGETS (OCT 2000)¿; 2.) Amend Key Personnel throughout the entire solicitation, specifically H.16 entitled ¿KEY PERSONNEL. (EPAAR 1552.237-72) (APR 1984), L.11 entitled ¿PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS (EPA-L-36-101)¿, M.1 entitled, EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD (EPA-M-15-101), ATTACHMENT 1 ¿ FIXED RATE PRICING SCHEDULE and ATTACHMENT 4 ¿ PERSONNEL SKILL CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS; 3.) Amend estimated hours in ATTACHMENT 1 ¿ FIXED RATE PRICING SCHEDULE; 4.) Amend ATTACHMENT 4 ¿ PERSONNEL SKILL CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS; 5.) Amend ATTACHMENT 8 ¿ COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT and 6.) Address questions received during the solicitation question and answer period by attaching ¿Question & Answers - SOL-NC-15-00027 - Amendment 1¿. The RFP, synopsis, amendments, and other information related to this procurement as well as any subsequent procurement notifications will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at: www.fbo.gov and the Fedconnect website at: https://www.fedconnect.net/ .
