Description 

The purpose of this notice is to post the EPA Remedial Action, A-E Services, and Regional Oversight Contracts Class Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC), per the publicizing requirements in FAR Part 5.203(d). This JOFOC covers the following Regional Oversight Contracts for Regions 1 and 2, the Remedial Action Contract for Region 4, and the Architect-Engineering Services contracts for Region 7: EP-BPA-11-W-0003, Region 1 EP-S2-12-02, Region 2 EP-S4-09-02, Region 4 EP-S7-05-05, Region 7 EP-S7-05-06, Region 7 The solicitation number attached to this notice is not intended to be used as the solicitation number for the future recompete of any of the aforementioned contracts. It is intended only as a reference number for this Class JOFOC. This action is being taken in support of the Remedial Acquisition Framework (RAF) initiative.
