The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Laboratory Analysis for Environmental Water Sampling Services (Inorganic Parameters). Reclamation contemplates awarding to the Offeror (s) providing the Best Value to the Government, for a five (5) year period. The Laboratory Testing Services consists of various types of tests, which can be found on the pricing schedule. The Contractor shall provide all technical information requested per this solicitation. This requirement is being advertised as set aside 100% Small Business under NAICS Code 541380 with a small business size standard of $15 million. Solicitation R16PS00135 will be posted to Fed Connect at www.fedconnent.net and FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov on or about January 29, 2016. The date for receipt of quotations will be February 12, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. The deadline for submitting questions related to this project is February 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to jmlee@usbr.gov. No quotations will be accepted through the Fed Connect web site.
