Amendment 001 issued to P17PS02986 for the following: 1) Add an additional pricing option for Colter Bay Mobilization Rates. 2) Extend response due date to October 26, 2017 at 11AM. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor; providing the best value to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) P17PS02986. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. This requirement is set aside for total small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7.5M. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) up to four (4) vendors in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The acquisition is in support of Grand Teton National Park and is for the housing division. All interested parties shall be registered in the System for Award Management or SAM prior to award.
