This is Amendment 002 to previously synopsized Request for Quotations to repair damage to two (2) approximately 55,000 gallon glass fused to steel water tanks located on Santa Rosa Island in Channel Islands National Park (CHIS). This amendment is necessary to incorporate the site visit notes from the site visit/site walk that occurred 8/29/17. The following new attachments are incorporated into the solicitation: Attachment 12, SF-30 (Amendment 002 Form) Attachment 13, Site Visit Notes The response date is not changed. Quotes are still due by 5pm (PST) on September 15, 2017. All associated attachments to the solicitation, including those associated with this Amendment 002 can be accessed in FedConnect.
