This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The resultant contract award will be awarded utilizing trade off procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The principle NAICS is 541620 and size standard is $15M. The National Park Service, South Major Acquisition Buying Office has a requirement for environmental technical support services to Department of Interior on Everglades¿ water-quality related issues at Everglades National Park. The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is P17PS00801. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the firm that provides the best value without discussions in accordance with FAR 15. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have a valid DUNS number and be registed with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). SAM.gov is a free service. An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under naics code 541620 in the Representations and Certification portion of SAM.gov.
