This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. L17PS00481 has been issued as a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for John Day Monument/North Fork and Uplands Recreation Site Maintenance within the vicinity of the Prineville district area of responsibility at separately priced line items. The scope of work includes cleaning and completing maintenance on remote toilets and recreation sites. The performance period is from date of award through June 30, 2018. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options.
