SOUTH EAST US AERIAL PHOTO SURVEYS IAW PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT The United States Geological Survey, St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center, St. Petersburg, FL, has a requirement for oblique aerial photographic surveys to document the impact of natural hazards in the coastal environment. This requirement is for the South East Atlantic Region (the mouth of Chesapeake Bay through Miami, FL and Florida Keys). The Base period of performance is 10/01/2017 thru 09/30/2018 and two option periods: 10/01/2018 thru 09/30/2019 and 10/01/2019 thru 09/30/2020. This requirement is under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541922 with a size standard of $7,500,000.00. This is a total small business set-aside. The government intends to award an IDIQ Labor Hour contract. The order resulting from this announcement will have a Base period of performance of 10/01/2017 thru 09/30/2018 and two option periods: 10/01/2018 thru 09/30/2019 and 10/01/2019 thru 09/30/2020. The notice, RFQ and other information related to this procurement was posted on or about 09/20/2017. Amendment 000001 was posted 09/21/2017. Quotes are due on 09/22/2017 at 1:00 PM EST. Quotes must be emailed to Jean Walsh at jwalsh@usgs.gov. Quotes submitted through FEDConnect will not be accepted. A vendor must be registered at http://www.sam.gov to be awarded the contract.
