The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) F17PS01496. The requirement includes but is not limited to: 1. Inspection of existing ductwork, 2. Verify operation of existing furnace, 3. Installation of new condensing unit, 4. Installation of new coil unit, 5. Reconfigure existing ductwork to accommodate new coil, 6. Balance new HVAC system to match indicated airflows. The work is to be performed at Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge in Sasabe, Arizona 85633. This RFQ is being advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 ¿ Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business size standard of $15 Million. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00.
