Opportunity: Intent to Single Source - Geomorphology Analysis

Description 

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition Goods and Services Operations, Albuquerque, New Mexico intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Tetra Tech, Inc., for a comprehensive Phase II and Phase III analysis of geomorphic changes of the Pecos River as a follow-on to Phase I completed in FY2018. See attached Limited Source Justification for Federal Supply Schedule Award (FAR 8.4). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist, Lisa Rodriguez at lisa_rodriguez@fws.gov by 11:00 AM MT, September 6, 2019, which shall be considered by the Agency. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or complete the requirement based on information received.
