Opportunity: Department of Energy Marketing Consulting Services

Description 

The Department of Energy (DOE)’s Office of Headquarters Procurement Services on behalf of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE), is soliciting quotes from all business vendors. The Statement of Work (SOW) for this RFQ falls under NAICS code 541613, “Marketing Consulting Services”. The successful vendor shall provide branding and marketing support to the EERE for the The National Network for Manufacturing Innovation (NNMI). The Contractor shall implement sound professional branding, marketing and programmatic approaches to provide timely, responsive services to support EERE's Federal staff. Please note that Allegheny Science and Technology is not eligible to compete for this requirement as they have assisted in the development of the SOW and were involved with the acquisition planning. The Government intends to award a one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Contract. The evaluation will be based on the “best value” to the Government in accordance with the factors listed in this solicitation. The award shall be made in accordance with FAR 12 and 13.
