Request for Proposal (RFP) - RFP DE-SOL-0006518 titled "Strategic Petroleum Reserve Crude Oil Quality Testing and Analysis" is being modified (000001) to reflect the change in the project's Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose of the RFP still remains: to solicit potential Contractors to provide oil sample testing and analysis as well as special laboratory and analytical support to the Department of Energy (DOE) Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) as an essential component of the quality assurance program during acquisition, long-term storage, and draw down of SPR crude oils.
