Services to operate and maintain the 222-S Lab Complex to perform analysis of highly radioactive samples, including samples of waste from Hanford’s underground tanks samples that are extremely hazardous and cannot easily be sent offsite. The 222-S Lab Complex is required to perform inorganic, organic, and radionuclide analyses; it includes 11 hot cells and is a Hazard Category 3 nuclear facility.
