Opportunity: Request for Information

Description 

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Headquarters Procurement Operations Division (HPOD) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 for the purposes of conducting market research. EPA's intention is to: (1) identify firms that have supported the development or operations of environmental or related electronic permitting services and solutions for federal, state, local or tribal governments that facilitate any aspect of industry submissions of permit requests as well as internal review, processing and approval of permits by government authorities; and (2) gather information from industry to understand existing electronic permitting services and solutions. RESPONSES ARE DUE APRIL 4, 2018. The results of the market research obtained from this RFI will be utilized to inform a requirements paper that will be developed by EPA and its delegated authorities.
