Opportunity: R9 Superfund Technical Assessment & Response Team (START) V

Superfund Technical Assessment & Response Team (START) V for EPA Region 9 Solicitation for the R9 Superfund Technical Assessment & Response Team 5 (START V) contract. The purpose of this acquisition will be to obtain technical support services for EPA Region 9 for emergency response, removal, site assessment, training, data management and related technical and administrative services. These services shall be performed in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (also known as CERCLA or Superfund) as amended, the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan and other environmental statues. The contractor shall provide services to support response and site assessment activities related to the release or threat of release of oil, petroleum products, hazardous substances, weapons of mass destruction or pollutants and contaminants that pose an actual or potential threat to human health and welfare, or to the environment. The Government intends to award one Fixed-Rate, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, with work ordered through the issuance of task orders. The solicitation anticipates a 12-month base period with six twelve (12) -month option periods, for a total contract length of 84 months (seven years). The acquisition will not be set-aside and will be conducted on the basis of full and open competition using FAR Part 15 procedures. FedConnect is the accepted method of correspondence.
