Opportunity: HAZARDOUS WASTE SERVICES/DISPOSAL

Description 

The Bureau of Reclamation is soliciting a requirement for hazardous waste disposal and requests your participation in a Request for Quote (140R3018Q0009). This requirement will result in multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) with a 5 year term. Determination of award will be based on the lowest priced, responsive quote from a responsible offeror. All costs to collect and dispose of the waste shall be included with your quote. ATTACHED ARE THE FOLLOWING: (1) Performance Work Statement (PWS) with three maps (2) Price Schedule (3) BPA Terms & Conditions (4) Provisions and Clauses This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 562211, Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The small business size standard is $38.5 million. Quotes are due on or before 5:00 P.M., PDT, Wednesday, October 17, 2017, and should be submitted electronically to Austin Sachs via email at ksachs@usbr.gov and shall include the company DUNS number. Please ensure that all files are in PDF format. The awardee shall have an active record in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award and is responsible during performance and through final payment for the accuracy and completeness of the data within the SAM database.
