The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Columbia Basin Project, Washington has a requirement to include reconstructing park roads, campground and day use area roads and parking lot. Work is located approximately 10 miles west of Connell, Washington in Franklin County. Principal components of the work to be performed in accordance with the specifications includes reconstructing park roads, campground and day use area roads and parking lot. The project is expected to be completed in September 2020. This requirement will be competed as a full and open invitation for bid. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310 and the small business size standard, applicable to this project is $36.5 million. Bids will be accepted from all responsive and responsible businesses. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be issued on or about October 22, 2019 at www.fedconnect.net and www.fbo.gov, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. The solicitation will close approximately 30 days after its issuance. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. To take advantage of business opportunities with the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) and the Department of the Interior (DOI) you must register your firm with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Reclamation intends to award one firm fixed-price contract. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The principal components of work would include: The Bureau of Reclamation wants to reconstruct park roads, campground and day use area roads and parking lot. Work is located approximately 10 miles west of Connell, Washington in Franklin County. Period of Performance is 04/07/2020 ¿ 09/22/2020.
