BARNES CANYON TRAILHEAD CONSTRUCTION - BLM NEVADA The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for construction of the Barnes Canyon Trailhead project, on lands managed by the BLM Caliente Field Office. NAICS: 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, Size Standard: $39.5M, 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Construction Wage Rate Requirements are applicable to this project and the appropriate DBA Wage Decision(s) is included. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Pursuant to 40 U.S.C. 3132, construction contracts exceeding $150,000.00 will require both Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100 percent of the contract price. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
