This notice, incorporated solicitation provisions, and contract clauses, terms, and conditions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The business size standard is $15m. ----------------- An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation in order for its offer to be considered responsive, IAW the Solicitation Provision 52.204-7 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), and using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
