Opportunity: SECURITY SERVICES - AMERICAN/SAC RIVERS

INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, effective 20 Dec 2018. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561612 Security Guards and Patrol Services, with an associated size standard of $20.5 million annually. SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey Research Drilling Program, requires a contractor to provide Guard/Security services at the American River and Sacramento River drill sites. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov. Vendor must be registered in SAM at time of proposal submission. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than March 7, 2019 at 1700 ET.
