IGF::OT::IGF -- Garbage Collection Services: The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service anticipates awarding a Purchase Order for trash/garbage collection services at collection points for the Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge area near Marion, Illinois. The Period of Performance for this work will be from approximately March 1, 2019 through February 28, 2024. This will be a Base Year, plus possibility of four option years, fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 562111. The small business standard is $38.5 million. This procurement is being advertised as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Solicitation number 140F0319Q0025. Site visit information will be given in the solicitation. Response dates for quotes is scheduled for February 28, 2019. Prospective contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the System for Award Management (SAM) database, accessed through https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM and must be actively registered in SAM to be eligible for award. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to becky_clearwater@fws.gov. No quotations or communications shall be accepted via FBO/FedConnect OR via phone.
