This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity Contracts for alterations and repairs to the Social Security Administration's headquarter buildings located in Baltimore and a building in Frederick County Maryland. This RFP is amended for the following purposes: 1. Provide the due date for responses. As of this amendment 0002 the responses are due no later than 5PM EST on June 30, 2026. 2. The base RFP released on May 29, 2026. 3. The previous version of this RFP can be found on FedConnect under the title: Alterations and Repairs for SSA Headquarter Bldgs 4. The period for questions ended on June 5, 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
