Amendment One to this solicitation is providing answers to questions received, per Section E3-4 and are provided in Attachment D-14. This is a Request for Proposal to provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) Clinical Occupational Health Staffing Services for the Employee Health Centers located nationwide. The solicitation is for a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods, and a six-month option to extend services period, not to exceed six-months.
