Opportunity: BPA for Compressed Gases

Description 

In accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. EPA, Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL), Ann Arbor, Michigan has a requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA for a contractor to provide Compressed Gas and Bulk Gas for at various concentration levels. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is available on FedConnect. Solicitation number SOL-MI-17-00001 is issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92. The provisions and clauses are included in the solicitation. Offerors shall submit their quotations no later than January 27, 2017 to the Contract Specialist, Annette Carpenter, via www.fedconnect.net Solicitation SOL-MI-17-00001 will be posted to www.fedconnect.net and FedBizOps on December 29, 2016 and available for download.
