In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2), Soliciting from a Single Source, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Superfund Regional Procurement Operations Division, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed priced purchase order to SciGlob Instruments & Services, LLC, 4656 Tall Maple Court, Ellicott City, Maryland 21043.
The US EPA seeks to purchase the following items from SciGlob,

SciGlob Instruments & Services LLC is the only qualified entity to provide service and support for its analytical instruments. Therefore SciGlob is uniquely qualified to provide the above referenced equipment so that uniformity with existing SciGlob instrumentation is achieved. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated below may submit a capability statement, which if received within 6 calendar days of the date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing and provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
