Opportunity: Colorado River Project 2017

Description 

The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to the Water Education Foundation (WEF), Sacramento, CA. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for work on the ongoing Colorado River Project which includes 2017 Colorado River Symposium proceedings, River Report, Lower Colorado River Tour, Western Water Magazine, and Colorado River Water Map Update. WEF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a better understanding of water issues and helping to resolve water problems in the southwest. WEF has the proprietary, intellectual property rights and copyrighted material associated with the Colorado River Project and no other entity has access to the formulation of required publication and forum in support of the project. A Determination to Solicit Sole Source will be prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures.
