Amendment 000003 extends due date, updates wage determination, and includes bid bond form. Amendment 000002 has changes to Section L, pages L-14 to L-15 Amendment 000001 provides the site visit attendees. The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Snake River Area Office, has a requirement for Minidoka Complex and Palisades Powerplant Arc Flash Mitigation, Minidoka Project, and Palisades Project, Idaho. The Minidoka Complex is approximately 20 miles northeast of Burley (Minidoka County), Idaho, and Palisades Powerplant is approximately 54 miles southeast of Idaho Falls (Bonneville County), Idaho. The principal components of the work include: The Minidoka Complex requires replacement of low voltage circuit breakers and fuses. It includes installation of multifunction relays to provide differential and overcurrent protection to station service transformers. The project also includes procurement of remote switch operators. The Palisades Powerplant requires replacement of low voltage circuit breakers, medium voltage switchgear with power circuit breakers, transformer overcurrent relays and associated current transformers. It includes installation of multifunction relays to provide differential protection to station service transformers and breaker failure protection to new power circuit breakers. This procurement is a small business set aside and will be a negotiated procurement. The evaluation factors will include, at minimum, technical, past performance, and price; these evaluation factors are subject to change. Final evaluation factors will be defined in the solicitation package. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130 and the size standard is $36.5 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods.
