AMENDMENT 000001: THIS AMENDMENT ADDS THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) LAKE ROOSEVELT NATIONAL PARK EMPLOYEES WILL REMOVE AND RE-INSTALL THE HOT WATER TANKS. 2) THERE WILL BE AN EMPLOYEE RESIDING IN FS1004 DURING THE PROJECT. THE OTHER TWO QUARTERS WILL BE VACANT DURING THE PROJECT. NO FURTHER CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE. YOU MUST COMPLETE, SIGN AND SUBMIT ACKOWLEDGING THIS AMENDMENT, SF-30, WITH YOUR OFFER. This is a REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS for a construction project to install carpet and vinyl to three (3) housing quarters on the Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. The physical addresses are as follows: Lake Roosevelt National Park, 1008 Crest Drive, Coulee Dam Washington, 99116 and Ft. Spokane, South District, 44150 District Office, Lane N, Davenport, Washington, 99122. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with the scope of work and specifications noted in Attachment 4. PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. PROJECT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is 60 days from Notice to Proceed to substantial completion. OTHER INFO. All work will be performed under a single contract. In the event that competitive quotes are not received for this solicitation, an offeror may be required to submit cost and pricing data or information other than cost and pricing data. This project is being solicited and awarded as a total (100%) Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.502-2. The NAICS code is 238330, Floor Contractors, with an associate small business size standard of $15 million. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of construction for this project is less than $25,000. It is the responsibility of the quoters to monitor the FBO and FedConnect websites to download all amendments and attachments which may also be issued against the solicitation prior to the solicitation's closing date. All questions must be submitted in writing by email (no phone or fax questions) to Nadine_Joe@nps.gov, with the solicitation number in the subject line (Questions should be submitted no later than 3 calendar days before closing date).
