Contract question was received and the Government is providing a response; CONTRACTOR QUESTION: Is the vehicle available for contractors to inspect on site? GOVERNMENT REPLY: Yes, prospective contractors may contact Robert Stacy for access to the vehicle currently located at the Summit District. a) This invitation is limited to the following dates and times: 9am - 1pm Local Hawaii Time, Tuesday September 5, through Thursday September 7, 2017. b) At no time will the contractor enter into discussions with Park employees. c) All questions must be sent in writing addressed to the Rebecca_Graham@nps.gov, NPS Contracting Officer. d) NPS POC for vehicle access is Robert Stacy, Buildings & Utilities Supervisor, Robert_Stacy@nps.gov, Work (office): 808-572-4421, Mobile: 808-264-4550. e) Vehicle location: Summit District, Haleakala National Park, Crater Road, Mile Marker 11, Kula, HI 96790. 2.
