SITE VISIT: There will be an organized site visit on Tuesday, August 29 @ 10 AM Eastern Time, participants will meet at Valley Forge National Historical Park, Administration Building, 1400 North Outer Line Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406.* PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Knox Tindle House Exterior Repair, 100 Knox Tindle Lane, Valley Forge National Historical Park, King of Prussia, PA - The work will take place at the Knox Tindle House, Valley Forge National Historical Park, King of Prussia, PA, Montgomery County. The Knox Tindle House is a two story with basement and attic rubble stone colonial revival residence built in 1910. The work consists of window and door repair and exterior wood window and door frame repairs and painting to be bid as a base bid. There are three options, the masonry, stucco repair and whitewashing of the masonry/stucco, the repair, painting prep work and painting of the shutters and blinds, and the repair, painting prep work and painting of all exterior wood features and elements not covered in the base bid. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. NAICS CODE: 236118 Residential Remodelers with a small business size standard of $36.5M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 90 calendar days from notice to proceed.
