Opportunity: Paint Historic Stable Bldg at Fort Spokane, LARO

Description

SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 001. This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Quotations No. P17PS02147, a construction project to paint the exterior of the historic stable building at Fort Spokane, Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area (LARO). THIS AMENDMENT NO. 001 CLARIFIES THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION AS FOLLOWS: The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000. Interested contractors shall make note of this anywhere within the solicitation where the magnitude is addressed, and disregard any statements previously written that show a higher dollar amount. Also, because of the magnitude for construction being less than $25,000, no bonds are required for this project (a payment bond would only be required if the awarded contract were to be $35,000 or more, which the Government is not anticipating). The response date of this Request for Quotations is not changed. Quotes are still due by 5pm (PST) on September 7, 2017. All associated attachments to the solicitation, including those associated with this amendment no. 001 can be accessed in FedConnect (see the original synopsis page in FedBizOpps for complete instructions on how to access the attachments to this solicitation and amendment).
