Description 

This project will provide complete design, installation and incidental construction work for replacement of 2 existing gas-fired steam boilers in the mechanical room of Building 10 at Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston National Historical Park, Boston, Massachusetts, including connection to existing heat distribution equipment and controls, fuel source, exhaust flue and all required utilities. This project will also provide replacement or upgrade of the existing east exterior doorway for code compliant combustion air intake and emergency egress subject to architectural review and compliance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.
