While developing the Longfellow & Carriage house quote for project P17PS02006: According to page 13 of the MA4/Davisbacon wage chart submitted on FBO its unclear what the earnings for a: MA, Middlesex County, Painter, "Brush & Roller, excluding drywall finishing. Can this please be clarified to avoid having each competitor submitting inaccurate wages? A16. The inclusion of the David Bacon Wage Determination on the Invitation for Bids establishes the minimum wage rates and fringe benefits which must be paid for the entire term of the contract. What wages rates and fringes benefits are paid by the contractor is a business decision of the contractor as long as they meet the minimum requirements. For the Labor Category in the Geographical Location indicated in in Q16, the minimum wage rate is $30.86 with the minimum fringe rate of $0.00. As a result of this amendment the Bid Response Due date and time remains unchanged: 14:00 ET on 08/11/2017. Note: Q1/A1 through Q15/A15 are found on Amendment 000002. .
