Opportunity: Electrical Repair/Rehab Valley Museum Bldg, YOSE

This is Amendment 003 to a previously synopsized requirement, a Request for Proposals for construction to remove and dispose of existing electrical panels, conduits, wiring, and associated components in the utility room and other electrical distribution locations throughout the Valley Museum/District Building (a multi-use, multi-story building) at Yosemite National Park, CA. This amendment is necessary to incorporate a revision to the Price Schedule, Drawings, and to extend the response date. The following attachments are incorporated into the solicitation: - - Attachment 22, SF-30 (Amendment 003) - - Attachment 6, Revised Drawings Pages 11 - 27 only (NOTE: Offerors shall replace the original version of these pages with these revised pages). The reason for the revision of these pages is to account for existing condition issues discovered during the pre-proposal site visit/site walk, and to account for asbestos work around procedures. - - Attachment 11, Revised Price Schedule (NOTE: Offerors shall replace the original version of the Price Schedule, which is Section B of Attachment 11, with this revised version). New text has been added to Price Schedule Line Item C. The response date is extended by 3 calendar days, changed from 9/13/17 to 9/15/17. Proposals are due by 5pm (PST) on Friday, September 15, 2017.
