BOAT RENTAL AND CAPTAIN SERVICES, WAR IN THE PACIFIC NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK, GUAM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation Number P17PS01545 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), to provide boat rental and support services for inventory and monitoring marine work at the War in the Pacific National Historical Park. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94 and 95 thru Jan 19, 2017. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside, using NAICS 487210, Scenic and Sightseeing Transportation, Water, size standard $7.5 million. The contractor who is selected for this project will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to complete the attached Statement of Work. The work will be performed in the marine waters within the War in the Pacific National Historical Park in Guam. The provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Please submit offer pursuant to the aforementioned instruction. The selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process as described in solicitation clause FAR 52.212-2 and in this section.
